Murals*
For murals under 80 sq feet, the rate is $30/hour plus the cost of materials.
A negotiated flat fee based on approximated labor applies to projects
larger than 80 sq feet.
One-third of payment is due after the initial consultation, once the timeline and
other specifications have been determined. One-third of the payment is due when
the project is half-way completed, and the final third is due upon completion and
subject to the client's satisfaction.
